 3. Vision: Group Hypnosis with Marta Matson to envison your dream world with the power of your unconscious mind.

 4. Create: Vocal activation class with Dr. Kiki Steiner to foster more intimacy with your creative force.

These calls have a particular rhythm of deep work and then deep rest. When you enter the Temenos you’ll begin with rest. You then move into a familiar rhythm that will carry you through the season:
