“So much has changed for me in the Sanctuary.

I'm in contact with my body and exploring the whole ecosystem of relationships that exist within. I'm remembering my agency in my awareness, and that there’s no rules to where it may wander...or wander away from.

It feels like releasing a tight grip of control and frolicking down the paths I tried to find, giggling and trembling at once. I understand myself in ways only I ever could, and I’ll still be exploring that for the rest of my life. Now I just know how.” 

“The Sanctuary has been the space that I didn't know I needed. I had no concrete reason for signing up but I am very familiar with Ash's work, so I knew it would be a space that would be wildly supportive and tended to beautifully.

 During my time in the space I have moved from being the ‘good student’ and ‘following the curriculum’ to really trusting myself with this work and what I really need. And this is wholly encouraged by Ash who not only guides, teaches and supports us but is going through the work alongside us too.

Each season having a different energetic guide to connect to that wasn’t prescriptive has been such a beautiful and anchoring way for me to support my body in all the different realms. I love it here!"
